Too often we see people using too much momentum to pull the cable towards their face. This leads to a lack of tension on the targeted muscle, which is the rear delt and infraspinatus (rotator cuff muscle) which is essentially making you miss out on all that tension (muscle gain / strength) 🤕

Try sitting down and focusing on tension and control while performing this exercise and watch while your shoulders become bullet proof 🫡😤

A personalized training program that tailors to your fitness goals! Wes walked me through nutrition and lifestyle habits to help me reach my fitness goals for my upcoming wedding. Patricia’s training classes are focused and intense. She continuously checks in and is motivating from start to finish. The workouts are challenging enough to push you out of your comfort zone but doable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training at UpFit for about 5 years now and have seen tremendous progress in my strength and conditioning! I love how helpful and knowledgeable all of the coaches are, as well as encouraging. Having them challenge me and remind me that fitness is about mental toughness and constantly pushing past your limits to get better. It’s a great place to start your fitness and wellness journey, refine it or elevate it!

Absolutely love this gym and the trainers. It is a safe space to train and everyone is incredibly supportive. You form relationships with the trainers, you get to know them and they get to know you, and they know exactly how to challenge you and support you in your journey. Joining UpFit was the best decision I have made. I have met wonderful people, have been challenged and have been loving every minute of it. I love it so much I have recommended it to a friend, who has also joined.
