Measured through heart rate variability (HRV), a more fit body recovers faster from acute stresses.

The results I achieved with UpFit Training Academy are like nothing else I have experienced. Covid really did a number on me but thanks to UpFit I lost 25 lbs in 3 months training 3 days a week!
