I’ve had the pleasure of training twice a week with Paul Park for almost a year — I started when I was pregnant with my second child and have continued post-partum with enormous gains in strength, weight loss and overall fitness. I have had many trainers in the past several years but none have exceeded Paul in his commitment to my strength, conditioning, goals and overall well being. He brings a certain mindfulness to each session, taking into account my current state of energy, stress levels and modifying each workout with intelligent sequencing that always makes me feel energized, strong and proud of what I accomplished. He is never distracted and always vigilant about safety, and alignment. He has also helped me modify my diet with some easy fixes to help me reach my goals. I can’t recommmend him highly enough. The world needs more people who are as dedicated to their profession and vision as Paul.
