Ben’s passion for helping others is something that he was born with – he is grateful to have the opportunity to deliver that passion to every person that he works with in the training, health and fitness space. Since 2016, the goal for every single person Ben has trained & currently trains is to help them develop positive lifestyle habits (a physical practice/proper training, an understanding of proper nutrition that allows for flexibility, proper sleep, stress management etc.) that they can be habituated to improve their daily lives, FOR LIFE!
Ben is also a proud husband to his wife Katie and father to his daughter Layla. When Ben isn’t coaching or training himself you can find him hanging out with his family, hiking, swimming, playing basketball, watching movies and eating amazing food.
