The Mum’s 6 Week Fitness Challenge is a 6 week Training Program for Mum’s who need the private attention of a personal training session. Our Mum’s group consist of no more than 6 Ladies to give the personal attention and support that they need as they aim to get their fitness journey back on track.

Detailed 1 hour assessment
Up to 3 sessions per week
Each session is 60 minute of more than 6 people
Strategy for ongoing training support
Training Times will depend on the preference each group that joins but we are aiming for 9:30am start!
