Monday – Thursday — 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, & 7 PM.

Friday — 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM.

Saturday — 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10 AM.

Sunday — Open Gym 9 AM-11AM.
