7-Day Tone at Home Session #7 is another magical one from the Wise & Caring Sweetheart, Joey 🙂
IMPORTANT: We always strongly suggest getting your doctor’s clearance for exercise – regardless of how simple or gentle it might be… ESPECIALLY if you’ve been sedentary for a long time.
In Session #7, Joey guides you through a Simple & Stealthy Arm-Toning Session. Take it slow, don’t force any moves, and ENJOY!
As always – we advise:
1 – ONLY do what you can, and don’t do what you can’t. If you can only do a few of these Arm-Toning moves, then focus on those few until you feel you can add the others. For example, if you can’t do the light press to ceiling, then just leave it out.
2 – Don’t force the speed or pace, or the number of repetitions in each move. Remember, this is based on L.I.I.T. (not HIIT) And that means moving through each repetition in a controlled and smooth tempo. SLOWER is better here – because it’s safer – AND stimulates better results 🙂
3 – When this Arm-Toning sequence gets easy you can increase the number of times you go through the sequence. (no more than twice though).
4 – Provided you have Dr’s clearance for exercise, you’ll want to try Session #7 today, as tomorrow you’ll be getting Tone at Home Session #8 🙂
