Q: 1 – Is this similar to a fitness bootcamp?
No, not at all. Fitness bootcamps are based on the “no pain – no gain” mentality. Truth is – that’s just not smart – and it’s the wrong approach for middle-aged women.
We don’t “push you to your limits” – but rather, we gently guide you to your absolute best potential.
The SCULPTAFIT Method is delivered via a pleasant, but highly focused group personal training format – designed specifically for women only.
Q: 2 – I’ve heard so much about the dangers of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout programs. Is that what this is?
No – it’s actually the OPPOSITE.
See, Joey actually created the phrase “Low-Intensity Interval Training” (LIIT) as part of his movement AWAY from the mainstream, monkey-see, monkey-do, high-exertion, high-risk workout programs out there.
The SCULPTAFIT Method is based on LIIT – which is the opposite of HIIT.
LIIT is the ideal approach to proper fitness training of the female body – and mind.

Q: 3 – Is this a better choice than hiring a personal trainer?
Yes – for several key reasons:
A – Most trainers are using outdated, inappropriate or dangerous methods.

While there are a handful of fitness concepts either based on dance – or having roots in the dance culture – those can only be tolerated by a small percentage of women.
Some of the dance fads are, well – too “dancy”. And some of the concepts which have evolved from dance training of many years ago…
The truth is – those programs were originally created for dancers – for specific application to the requirements of their profession. And with the average woman NOT being built like a dancer – it just doesn’t make logical sense that a program based on training for dancers should be followed by the average busy, modern woman. It just doesn’t make sense.
Sure – there are many younger, skinny-bods who can do it – and, hey – if they enjoy it and they are happy with the results – then I’m all for it.

While a good percentage of middle-aged women want to lose excess, unhealthy body-fat – there are also many who are at a decent weight – but have unfavorablebody-composition profiles.
