Before I share Di’s eye-opening story of pure inspiration and PROOF of natural anti-aging, I want to point out some “miraculous” changes in her progress photos below:

Here is a little something that I wrote and perhaps you can use as a recommendation or any way you see fit. I prefer not to have my weight in numbers though, because I think it’s more about mind change and I never liked stories about how much weight a person lost and how long it took because it’s different for everyone. With all that said, here it is:
As I was asked to share my story about why I joined SCULPTAFIT, I sat to think about it and reflect as to why I even have a story.
But I realized it’s not really a story. In the past, what I had were excuses. Excuses that I used to justify not exercising, not eating right, not taking care of myself.
Yes, on the surface, some excuses seemed pretty legit. But in actuality those excuses should have been my reasons why. Why I should have been working out, why I should be eating right and why I should be taking care of myself. I was only fooling myself.
Here’s a little background. Going back in time, I was always in great shape. I was athletic, played team sports etc. I started working out in a gym and was hooked.
I got married and had my twins and still continued to work out. It wasn’t until about 7 years ago about five years after my hysterectomy that things started changing with me and my body.
That’s when the excuses started. I stopped working out and before I knew it I was out of shape, gained weight and not happy.
We recently retired and moved from NY to FL. I knew I needed to get back to doing something and get off the lazy train I had been riding way too long. That is when I came across SCULPTAFIT.
The studio was not yet finished but Joey had 7 day free program online and I started with that.
When SCULPTAFIT opened I went for a free trial session and immediately knew this was THE perfect way to get me back on track.
The classes (women only) are low intensity, designed to use your body weight in addition to light weights, custom bands and Joey’s own SCULPTABOD units.
Everything is slow, controlled and safe. All exercises can be modified according to your level of fitness. We train in a group setting going through 16 different exercises in a 45 minute session. There is a coach assigned to each class and they are there making sure you are correctly doing each exercise, watching your form, and making sure you are working to your comfortable max, no matter your age or ability.
Every four weeks the circuit configuration changes so your body continues to get stronger, healthier, more energetic, as it shapes itself. In addition to the classes they offer private monthly seminars on all sorts of subjects from nutrition, mindset, accountability… to how to pick the correct fitness shoe.
SCULPTAFIT works. It’s working for me. I see my body slimming down, toning up and I feel strong. I’ve met wonderful women who empower each other and all are having fantastic results.
