How to Take Back Your Life, Regain Control and Be Fit, Healthy and Happy
One of the main reasons most people get out of shape and unhealthy is because they let outside forces take control of their time and their life.
The way to regain health, get into shape and live with a high quality of life is by TAKING BACK control of your time and your life.
That is exactly what Lori did when she realized she was losing control and feared that all her improvements she had made would be lost…
Here’s how she turned it around and how anyone else can do EXACTLY the same:

“Did you thank him for your nice butt?” was the comment my husband made when I told him that I’d had the opportunity to meet you when I saw you in the studio after hours back in August of last year and stopped by to introduce myself.
We were having dinner with our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren at the pizza place next door, Moon Dog Pie House, and because of SCULPTAFIT, I was able to indulge my love of pizza with a yummy slice of bacon and tomato pizza, lol!
I’ve been part of the Studio since nearly the beginning, when you first opened a few years ago, and I have loved EVERY minute.
It works, and it works for bodies of all ages, including my almost-59 year old body. But that’s not what this email is about…
It’s about how I almost stopped doing something so good for ME, But then took back control instead.
In August of 2018, I received a promotion and it required extensive travel as I was hiring throughout South Carolina, Georgia and Florida to fill some open positions in my division.
I was able to manage my schedule until Thanksgiving, then it just got crazy with holidays, travel, year-end meetings, travel, and I lost control of my schedule and my life!
I was doing some of the moves I’d learned in studio and could adapt in the gyms of the hotels I stayed at, but it wasn’t the same as the group support and camaraderie that I enjoyed in the studio.
So I thought maybe I should cancel, realizing that I really could not justify the monthly expense of something that I was not using.
I emailed Nikki that I had to cancel my membership.
Nikki being Nikki, she tried to figure out a way that I could maintain my membership and feel like I was getting something of value, but another month went by and I never made it to class.
So, I told Nikki, “Nope, this isn’t going to work”.
And her response was so simple, but she gave me OPTIONS.
And I realized that it was up to me to exercise those options (no pun intended), and right then and there, sitting in a conference room in Greenville, SC, waiting for a meeting to begin, I decided that I was in control.
It was up to me to make it happen, and it was up to me to ask for support instead of just throwing up my hands and walking away because of my schedule.
IT WAS UP TO ME!!!
So, while I don’t know when LIFE began controlling me, I am now taking charge by:
1 – pushing away from the desk to get home in time to walk the dog
2 – change my clothes, and get to the Studio at least twice weekly
3 – and most importantly, doing something for ME that I love, and that is so good for ME.
This is the only body I have and I have to make sure it lasts me the rest of my life, and the best I’ve felt in years is with the SCULPTAFIT method.
I need my husband to once again ask me to thank you, Joey, for my “nice butt” lol, and the only way for me to do that is to:
1 – take control of my calendar
2 – say “NO” to the things that take me away from my SCULPTAFIT studio time
3 – and say “YES” to ME and my important priorities in life!!!!
